Shipping & Returns Policy

Order Confirmation.                                                                           

As soon as you place your order you will receive a confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorised your credit card for the purchase. Soon thereafter we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm if your item is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on back order or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorisation and reach out to you via email. If your items are available for shipment within five business days, we will process the charges and submit your order for shipment.

Oder Shipment

When your order is confirmed to be in stock, we process the charges to your credit card. Your item(s) will be shipped to you within fifteen business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order. Within Business Days Monday's to Friday's using the email address you provided when you were checking out. 

The delivery guarantee does not apply if we miss our promised delivery date because of an unforeseen circumstance outside of our control, such as a strike, natural disaster, or severe storm.

An adult signature is required for the delivery of the rugs. If an adult isn't home at the time of delivery, the product will be taken away by the carrier and you'll need to reschedule your delivery.

Just Rugs will not be responsible for any deliveries falsely signed for on behalf of the customer.


Our returns policy is seamless. When you purchase your rug(s) with us, you have 30 days from the day you receive your rug(s) to live with them and decide whether or not they work for your designated rooms. 

If you are not completely satisfied with any rugs purchased, you can return them to us within 30 days for a full refund in 14 working days after receiving the items or an exchange.

Return Postage.

Please return unwanted or incorrect items in perfect, resalable condition, including the original packaging for a full refund or an exchange. You, the buyer will be liable for the cost of returning the item/(s).
